As many as eight of the SEC’s 14 football teams could have new starting quarterbacks in the upcoming 2016 season. Four league coaches -- Arkansas’ Bret Bielema, Florida’s Jim McIlwain, Kentucky’s Mark Stoops and Texas A&M’s Kevin Sumlin -- have already named their new starting QBs at the end of spring practice.
