Former New Orleans Saints kicker Morten Andersen discussed his upcoming enshrinement in the Pro Football Hall of Fame and what the honor means to him on the Dunc & Holder radio show Thursday.
"I'm sure it's going to be emotional," Andersen said. "I'll try to hold it together, but I'm sure there will be some tears shed because of the magnitude of it and the powerful experience that it's going to be. I'll try to deliver a good speech and something that's memorable."
Andersen plans to celebrate the occasion with a contingent of more than 300 family and friends, many of which are ex-teammates from the NFL and Michigan State University.
