ATLANTA - The Georgia Dome press box was full of scouts from all of its bowl partners Saturday here at 25th annual SEC championship game.
They all had a feel for what teams they wanted in their bowls. The bowl assignments will be announced Sunday by the SEC office in Birmingham.
LSU, from all indications, will play the Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl on Dec. 31, probably against Louisville and possible Heisman Trophy winning quarterback Lamar Jackson.
Based on their information from bowl sources and barring any last-minute changes of heart, here are my final predictions on the bowl destinations for the SEC teams:
