LSU dropped the opener of the series 2-1 to the Aggies. Shelby Wickersham got the start and allowed one earned on three walks, three hits, striking out four. She was relieved by Ali Kilponen who allowed another run in her three innings of work. Down 2-0 entering the bottom of the sixth, the Tigers appeared to be rallying when Amanda Doyle singled in Aliyah Andrews.
