LAFAYETTE, La. – The No. 7 LSU softball team fell to No. 13 ULL on Saturday by a score of 2-1. The Tigers are now 6-1 on the year, while the Cajuns improve to 6-1.
The Tigers got on the board first in the second inning. Morgan Cummins hit a sac fly to deep right field to bring in Shelbi Sunseri for the first score of the game.
ULL responded in the bottom half of the inning as the Cajuns tied the game up with a solo shot over the left field wall.
