Soccer Loses Match to No. 13 Arkansas

Baton Rouge, La. – The LSU soccer team dropped its match to No. 13 Arkansas on Thursday night at LSU Soccer Stadium by a score of 4-0. The loss drops the Tigers to 2-9-2 (0-4-1 SEC), and Arkansas improved to 10-2-1 (4-1-0 SEC) on the season.

Arkansas scored all four of their goals off free kicks/corners, two of which came in the first 45 minutes of play. The first one came on a free kick in the eighth minute of the match. Stefani Doyle was credited with the goal and Taylor Malham had the assist. The following 30 minutes saw LSU have its brightest stretch of the match as the ball spent a good amount of time in Arkansas' half of the pitch.
