LSU running back Leonard Fournette has been one of the most talked-about prospects leading up to the 2017 NFL draft.
Fournette is projected to be the top running back taken in the draft, but has had both his combine performance and weight dissected by experts. Some found the running back’s 28.5-inch vertical jump to be a disappointment. Others were impressed by his 4.51-second 40-yard dash, especially at 240 pounds.
But one AFC national scout believes that any criticism of Fournette leading up to the draft is ridiculous.
“It’s interesting to talk to other scouts and find out where their priorities are,” the scout told nfl.
