LSU running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire is battling a hamstring injury of some severity, and is considered “questionable” for the Peach Bowl match-up with Oklahoma on December 28.
Rumors spread around social media and message boards over the course of Wednesday, and Ed Orgeron gave some details today in a post-practice press conference. From Tiger Rag’s (since he’s not ours anymore) Adam Henderson:
Orgeron confirmed the injury, but said he didn’t know the extent of it.
“Clyde did get hurt yesterday,” Orgeron said. “I don’t know the extent of the injury, I was just talking with Jack (Marucci) about it, he went and got some tests today.
