Recruiting analyst predicts LSU football will land elite QB

Rivals national recruiting analyst Mike Farrell is predicting some good news for LSU football.

Farrell said this week that he believes 2021 four-star quarterback Garrett Nussmeier will end up committing to the Tigers.

Nussmeier had previously indicated he’d commit on April 18, but it’s unclear if those plans will change due to the novel coronavirus outbreak.

But regardless of when Nussmeier commits, it won’t be shocking if it’s LSU.

That’s because Nussmeier, 6-foot-2/182 lbs from Flower Mound, TX, has a unique connection to the Tigers.

Nussmeier’s father was actually coached by Scott Linehan, LSU’s new passing game coordinator, in college at Idaho.
