LSU football’s 2019 season could go down as the greatest season ever for a college football team.
Not only did LSU go 15-0 and win the national championship, they did it in dominating fashion.
The Tigers only scored less than 40 points on three occasions. LSU only played in three games in which they didn’t win by at least double digits.
Simply incredible.
But there was a particular feat that LSU accomplished in 2019 that stood out to 2022 linebacker Harold Perkins, a Texas native.
Perkins recently spoke to 247Sports about his recruitment and pointed out that he was impressed by how LSU beat Alabama and Clemson, the two giants of college football entering 2019, in the same season.
