This Mississippi transfer is poised to make an impact for John Ehret over the next two seasons. There is reason to believe he will move up the list in time, but unlike every other player on in this series, I have yet to watch Starks in action. His film shows a lot of promise, and people that know him well speak highly of him, but there is still a level of uncertainty that has me taking a conservative approach in my evaluation of his abilities.
