College football's Week 8 slate for the 2020 season features 47 games, and our NCAA experts are ready with their predictions and picks. The Week 8 action begins on Thursday, Oct. 22 with Arkansas State visiting Appalachian State. Four matchups - Jacksonville State at FIU, Tulsa at USF, Illinois at Wisconsin and Louisiana at UAB - take place on Friday. Saturday's slate begins with a handful of games in the Noon ET window.
