Well wasn’t that a hat trick of a garbage weekend for LSU sports? In three straight days both the LSU Basketball and Football teams have fallen, albeit the most recent in significantly milder fashion. At least our time and hearts were spared for this one.
The #19 LSU Tigers lost to the Oklahoma State Cowboys 90-77 to drop their record to 5-2. The Cowboys improve to 4-2 behind an incredible 28 point performance by junior Cameron McGriff.
The Tigers started off both halves incredibly slow, and found themselves down 14 points with 15 minutes left in the game after being outscored 11-2 out the gate of the second half.
