LSU got some good news on the recruiting front heading into the weekend as three-star wide receiver Phillip Wright III out of Destrehan announced his commitment to LSU.
Wright gives LSU 21 total commits in its 2025 class and the third wide receiver joining Derek Meadows and TaRon Francis.
Wright is listed as a three-star prospect but if you look at his offers he’s got interest from some of the elite in college football. In fact, Wright was previously committed to Michigan for about a month but backed off that commitment last week. Wright also has an offer from Georgia.
