BATON ROUGE -- Junior Jalyn Patterson had a career-best 22 points and added four steals as LSU defeated Tennessee on Senior Night Wednesday evening in the Maravich Center.
With the win, the Tigers snap a 15-game streak and improve to 10-19 on the year and 2-15 in the conference. Tennessee falls to 15-15 and 7-10 in the SEC.
Brandon Sampson had 24 points, four rebounds and two assists. Duop Reath led the way with six rebounds, and Mays had a team-best three assists.
