Nearly two months after being hired as LSU’s new safeties coach, Bill Busch seems to be settling into life in the SEC quite nicely.
“You get one shot in your life to coach at LSU,” Busch said on “Hangin’ with Hester” on 104.5 ESPN Baton Rouge. “This is about as cool as it gets.”
Busch came to LSU after a two-year stint at Rutgers. He has previously worked with LSU defensive coordinator Dave Aranda at Wisconsin and with secondary coach Corey Raymond at Utah State. He is well-traveled, having worked under legendary coaches Tom Osborne, Barry Alvarez and Urban Meyer.
