BATON ROUGE –LSU was defeated by the Texas Tech Red Raiders 76-71 Saturday Afternoon inside the Pete Maravich Assembly Center.
LSU was led by Junior Guard Javonte Smart and his 29 Points. Freshman Guard Cameron Thomas contributed 25 Points. Junior Forward Darius Days tallied 11 Points and 9 Rebounds.
Terrence Shannon Jr. led Texas Tech with 23 points.
The Tigers will play Number 9 Ranked Alabama Wednesday Night in Tuscaloosa at 6:00 PM. CT. on ESPN2.
