In his final college football game, LSU linebacker Duke Riley will honor the player he called "the reason I wanted to be good at football."
Riley will switch to No. 4 for the Citrus Bowl to honor Joe McKnight, the former John Curtis, USC and NFL player shot and killed in Terrytown on Dec. 1.
Riley and McKnight both graduated from Curtis. McKnight wore No. 4 during his time with the Patriots and the Trojans. Riley wears No. 40 for LSU and also sported the same number when he played for Curtis.
