Two LSU football players have been mostly cleared of further legal trouble following a pair of individual arrests during the spring, according to the East Baton Rouge District Attorney's office.
Offensive lineman Adrian Magee faced no charges for simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling when the victim declined June 19 to institute prosecution, East Baton Rouge Parish First Assistant District Attorney Tracey Barbera said Monday.
His arrest occurred in April when he admitted to taking items that included an X-box video game system, six X-box games, Gucci brand flip-flops and an Onyx brand bluetooth speaker, a Baton Rouge Police Department spokesman said then.
