BATON ROUGE – The LSU women's golf team made a five-spot jump in the polls following the Tigers' second-place finish at the IJGA Collegiate Invitational in Guadalajara, Mexico, this week. LSU is ranked No. 13 in both the Golfstat and Golfweek national polls.
"It was nice to wake up this morning and see that we have moved up to 13th in the latest rankings," said LSU head coach Garrett Runion. "But the team knows that I am not too concerned with rankings and more concerned with each of them improving their skill set.
