LSU and Tulane will play at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Alex Box Stadium.
The Tigers have won 13 of the 18 meetings between the schools over the last nine seasons, but two of those losses to the Green Wave came last season, when Tulane swept the two-game season series.
This will be the first of two times the schools will play each other this season. The next meeting will be April 25 in New Orleans.
Both teams are coming off weekends when they posted 1-2 records, with LSU winning the finale of a series against Florida to avoid being swept, and Tulane won the opener against Stetson but dropped the next two.
