For the second consecutive game, LSU allowed a team to hit a season-high in 3-pointers when the Tigers allowed Texas Tech to hit 12 in a 77-64 loss on Saturday afternoon.
This came after Florida hit a school-record 19 3-pointers last Wednesday against the Tigers.
Both losses are a part of a seven-game losing streak as LSU has dropped to 9-11 and 1-7 in SEC play.
LSU coach Johnny Jones said the Red Raiders hit 10 3-pointers in the first half and the team didn't make major changes in the second half but the shots for Texas Tech just didn't fall but still acknowledged how the team needed to defend the three-point line better.
