When Jordan Mickey announced that he was leaving the LSU basketball program for pro basketball last month, the measurable void was obvious. The Tigers, built inside-out for the last three seasons, lost one of the SEC's best shot-blockers and defensive rebounders in one fell swoop, as well as a player who had added some layers to his offensive game.
