Harris, the LSU quarterback who lost his starting job two games into the 2016 season, is proving to be an endangered species among major college quarterbacks: He’s staying at his original school.
In a series of Tweets answering fan questions Monday, Harris seemingly put to rest any speculation about his future. When a fan tweeted to Harris that he hopes the junior does not transfer, Harris replied, “You don’t have to worry about that because I’m not.”
Asked directly if he will be at LSU in 2017, Harris replied, “I sure will!
