LSU product Brad Wing placed five of his nine punts inside the 20 for the New York Giants on Sunday, good enough for him to be named the NFC special teams player of the week.
Of those punts, two were downed at the 3 and one was downed at the 9, during the 10-7 victory against the NFC-leading Dallas Cowboys.
Wing, a punter at LSU from 2010 to 2012, has a career-best 46.5-yard gross punting average this season.
Wing joined the Giants in the week before the 2015 season in a trade with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
