LSU players brush away talk about Les Miles

Last Saturday’s 38-17 loss at Ole Miss was the Tigers’ third consecutive loss. With six turnovers and 27 penalties in those three games, it’s apparent the Tigers are beating themselves.

“Anything that’s happened in these games, it was us,” senior safety Jalen Mills said. “Never nothing another team did.”

Junior defensive tackle Christian LaCouture agreed, saying, “We can’t put ourselves in a hole like that. We have to make sure we come out strong and finish even stronger.”

LSU committed three turnovers and 13 penalties (for 95 yards) against Ole Miss. After falling behind 24-0, the Tigers cut the lead to 24-17.
