Four-star wide receiver Kenan Jones committed to LSU on Saturday.
Jones, a class of 2018 prospect from Berwick, Louisiana, made his announcement on Twitter during an unofficial visit to the school.
“Blessed to be apart of the tiger family#committed,” Jones wrote.
The 6-foot-3, 205-pound Jones chose LSU over Louisiana-Lafayette, which currently is his only other offer. He’s also received interest from Oregon and Arkansas.
Jones, who 247Sports Composite ranks as a top-50 wide receiver prospect nationally and top-15 Louisiana prospect, gives the Tigers their fifth commitment in the 2018 class. Five-star cornerback Kelvin Joseph, four-star safety Caden Sterns, four-star safety Nadab Joseph and inside linebacker Damone Clark also are committed.
