LSU hosted one of the nation's top overall prospects on Friday when Manvel High School receiver Jalen Preston stopped by for a look around.
The 6-2, 215-pounder is considered to be one of the premier wide receiver prospects in the nation, and is believed to have LSU in his top group, along with Texas A&M and Oklahoma.
The Tigers were the first major program to offer the Texas standout a scholarship, with his initial offer dating back to January of 2015.
Preston posted some pictures of his visit on Twitter.

The Tigers have plenty of options to choose from at the wide receiver position in its own state, but the national recruiting practices of Ed Orgeron and his staff will keep them scouring the country for the nation's top prospects.
