BATON ROUGE, La. – Fifty-one LSU student-athletes were named to the 2016 SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll the conference announced on Wednesday.
Five of LSU’s fall sports teams were honored on the list, led by the LSU football team with 14 selections. Soccer was next with 11 honorees, followed by women’s cross country’s 10 and men’s cross country and volleyball having eight selections each.
A total of 1,029 student-athletes were named to the 2016 Fall SEC Academic Honor Roll. The 2016 Fall SEC Academic Honor Roll includes the sports of cross country, football, soccer and volleyball. It is based on grades from the 2016 Spring, Summer and Fall terms.
