LSU Football: Tigers among top schools for 4-star DE

LSU football is one of the programs in the mix to land a four-star defensive end from Florida.

2021 four-star defensive end Keanu Koht revealed his top five schools this week and LSU football made the cut.

Koht, 6-foot-4/215 lbs from Vero Beach, FL, is rated in 247Sports’ composite rankings as the No. 34 player in the state of Florida and the No. 17 weak-side defensive end in the nation.

Alabama, Auburn, Florida, and Oregon also made Koht’s top five.

LSU football believes Koht can be dominant

Koht told Rivals early last month that LSU believes he can be a dominant pass rusher, saying “LSU sees me filling in the role of K’Lavon Chaisson.
