Myles Brennan is expected to be LSU football’s starting quarterback in 2020.
But that doesn’t mean the job should just be handed to him.
Competition is good, and it brings out the best in players (or at least it should).
Brennan has certainly put in his time waiting behind Joe Burrow the past couple of years, but it might not be a bad idea for LSU to bring in a quarterback who can push Brennan during spring/summer.
And there just happens to be another quarterback from Ohio available (hey, that Burrow guy from Ohio seemed to work out pretty well).
