LSU football lost several linebackers from their 2019 squad to the 2020 NFL Draft, so there’s no doubt they could use a bit more manpower at the position.
That’s why Jabril Cox, who is currently in the transfer portal, could be an intriguing option for the Tigers.
Cox, 6-foot-3/233 lbs, was an absolute force at North Dakota State. In three seasons with the Bison, Cox accumulated 258 tackles, 14 sacks and six interceptions. He’s a future NFL player who wants to spend his final season of eligibility at a division one program.
And LSU is one of the schools he’s considering.
