LSU football‘s win against the Florida Gators on Saturday night is one that will never be forgotten.
In a strange year that’s been dominated by COVID-19 interruptions, it was nice to see some good old fashioned SEC weirdness on Saturday.
Florida had LSU beat on Saturday. The game was all but over. And then Gators defensive back Marco Wilson threw Tigers tight end Kole Taylor’s shoe (20 yards to be exact) and gave LSU new life.
The Tigers converted a 57-yard field goal attempt and then watched as Florida’s field goal attempt to send the game to overtime sailed wide left.
