LSU football could be without starting quarterback Myles Brennan this weekend against the South Carolina Gamecocks.
Brennan suffered a torn abdomen in the Tigers’ loss to Missouri earlier this month. The redshirt junior quarterback was impressively able to finish the game, but the injury will likely prevent him from playing on Saturday.
(LSU head coach Ed Orgeron called Brennan “very questionable” for the matchup against South Carolina.)
The Tigers are expected to start a true freshman against the Gamecocks — either TJ Finley or Max Johnson (whichever has the best week of practice).
