LSU football had one of the greatest seasons in college football history in 2019 (maybe the greatest) thanks in large part to quarterback Joe Burrow.
The former Ohio State quarterback put up some ridiculous numbers during his final season in Baton Rouge, passing for 5,671 yards and throwing 60 touchdowns against only six interceptions.
Absolutely mind blowing.
But with Burrow off to the NFL (as the likely top pick in the 2020 NFL Draft), it means LSU is hoping someone can step up and fill his shoes.
That someone is Myles Brennan, who has waited for three years on LSU’s bench for his shot to lead the Tigers.
