AUBURN, Ala. – The LSU Tigers came up short to the Auburn Tigers in overtime, 91-90, Saturday at Auburn Arena. LSU drops to 17-6 on the season and 8-2 in SEC play. Auburn improves to 21-2 and 8-2 in conference play.
Senior guard Skylar Mays led the LSU offense with a career high 30 points. He also had seven boards, eight assists and three steals. Sophomore forward Darius Days finished with 19 points to along with seven rebounds. Sophomore guard Javonte Smart put up 12 points for LSU. Sophomore forward Emmitt Williams scored 11 and pulled in five boards.
