Thanks to a regular season finale sweep over Ole Miss and a run to the SEC Tournament championship game, LSU earned the No. 2 seed in the Chapel Hill Regional.
LSU will play Wofford in the 2 vs. 3 game. North Carolina will play Long Island in the 1 vs. 4 game. It should be pointed out that LSU’s region is paired with...Arizona so we could see Jay Johnson return to his old stomping grounds.
Games for the NCAA Tournament will begin Friday, May 31 (my birthday!) and run through June 3 at the latest. Should LSU advance to the Super Regional round, those games will be played the weekend of June 7.
