For the first time this season, every dimension of the LSU offense dominated the opposition.
After a slow start to the day, Brandon Harris, Leonard Fournette and Derrius Guice stepped up in the second half and delivered monster performances to give the Tigers a convincing 45-24 victory over the South Carolina Gamecocks.
Harris recorded career-highs in both completions (18) and passing yards (228). It was the first 200-yard game of the sophomore quarterback’s collegiate career, and the first for LSU since Week 5 last season.
Guice had a career-day as well. The freshman running back finished the day with 161 rushing yards and a touchdown on 10.
