Four-star offensive guard Donavaughn Campbell is set to visit the Alabama Crimson Tide this weekend, and the LSU coaching staff is pulling out all the stops to make sure the Tigers do not lose the top offensive line commit from their top-ranked 2016 recruiting class.
Head coach Les Miles and defensive line coach Ed Orgeron paid Campbell an in-home visit on Wednesday, just days after the 6-foot-4, 237-pound guard took an official visit to LSU’s Baton Rouge, La. campus. Campbell posted a picture of him, Miles and Orgeron on Instagram with the caption, “What a great time to be a LSU Tiger.
