LSU’s specialists were up and down throughout the year and O made it a priority to go out and get reinforcements. Yet, the 25-man cap on the signing class made things tricky, as the staff didn’t have room to pursue standard options. Tracy is a kicker at Division II Assumption College and was named the Fred Mitchell Award Winner in 2017, which is award to the nation’s best kicker in FCS, Division II, Division III and the NJCAA.
