Ed Orgeron proved the last two LSU games weren't flukes. The Tigers staggered out of the gate but grew stronger in handing Ole Miss its second straight loss and making Orgeron 3-0 as an interim coach. It gets really real in two weeks when LSU plays host to Alabama but the Tigers did more than enough to reverse a 38-17 loss to the Rebels last year. The re cord-setting play of Leonard Fournette overshadowed a defense that shut out the top passing team in the SEC in the second half and held it to 111 yards below its average.
