Texas A&M defensive coordinator John Chavis’ on-going civil case against LSU took another turn on Friday.
The Advocate reports that Chavis, along with Aggies coach Kevin Sumlin, LSU coach Les Miles and Tigers athletic director Joe Alleva, have all been scheduled for depositions later this month in Chavis’ case against LSU.
Chavis’ agent, Tony Agnone, also has been called in for a deposition. He has been subpoenaed on LSU attorneys’ request after failing to respond to their contact requests.
Court records show that LSU is trying to obtain text messages, emails and other forms of communication between Chavis and agent from Nov.
