Leonard Fournette’s weight was one of the most discussed topics of the NFL Scouting Combine last month. Fournette weighed in at a beefy 240 pounds, heaviest among all running backs and five more pounds than his playing weight at LSU.
But the former All-American showed up to LSU’s Pro Day on Wednesday much lighter, weighing in at 228 pounds, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Fournette’s combine weight raised the eyebrows of some observers, specifically former LSU and NFL defensive lineman and current SEC Network analyst Booger McFarland and former Ole Miss and NFL running back Deuce McAllister.
