Eastern Michigan pulled to within eight points of LSU late in the third quarter Saturday, keeping the Tigers on their toes much longer than many fans might've expected or preferred.
But a Leonard Fournette touchdown run to open the final period, followed by a Deion Jones pick-six and the first interception of Kevin Toliver's college career finally closed out the 45-point underdogs in Tiger Stadium.
Eagles coach Chris Creighton, defensive end Clay Dawson and running back Darius Jackson addressed members of the media after the 44-22 loss and discussed their overall performance, Fournette and the Tiger Stadium atmosphere.
