Three-star quarterback Lance LeGendre, the highest-rated 2019 quarterback in Louisiana, became the latest Bayou State prospect to commit to Kansas, announcing his decision on Twitter on Monday morning.
Kansas?
That’s right.
The Jayhawks, who haven’t reached a bowl in a decade and have gone 0-12, 2-10 and 1-11 in the past three seasons, continue to bring in some of the best talent in Louisiana.
In the 2018 recruiting cycle, Kansas signed two of Louisiana’s top seven prospects in all-purpose back Anthony Williams of Boutte (La.) Hahnville and cornerback Corione Harris of New Orleans Landry-Walker.
