Whispers regarding basketball coach Johnny Jones' status at LSU have continued to circulate in the week since he expressed excitement for 2016-17 in his season-ending press conference last Tuesday.
But athletic director Joe Alleva reiterated Wednesday to Yahoo Sports reporter Pat Forde that no move will be made.
"Just saw men's basketball committee member and LSU AD Joe Alleva at arena in Louisville," Forde posted via Twitter. "Said LSU is not making a change in basketball coach."
