LSU offensive tackle Jerald Hawkins will not be returning to Baton Rouge in 2016. Instead, he will be looking to make his impact felt at the NFL level.
After being redshirted as a freshman, Hawkins started 36 games in three seasons with the Tigers. This dependability has many NFL scouts intrigued by the former Tiger, but it is far from the only attribute that is drawing interest.
Hawkins is listed at 6-foot-6, 305 pounds, and is extremely athletic and mobile for his size. In high school, he was a four-sport athlete, and even won the Louisiana high school state title in the shot put.
