Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts has entered his name into the NCAA’s transfer portal and can be contacted by other teams and coaches in regards to a transfer for next season. Hurts has one season of eligibility remaining and is expected to be pursued by several teams looking for a quarterback for 2019.
Hurts accounted for 1,976 rushing yards and 23 touchdowns and threw for 5,626 yards and 48 scores during his career with the Crimson Tide. The Houston native made progress as a passer while at Alabama and played a key role in leading the team to national championship appearances during his time in Tuscaloosa.
