Saturday may have been a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day for the LSU football team, but the recruiting trail has been kind as the Tigers picked up a commitment from St. Thomas More wide receiver Jack Bech.
Bech, a four-star wide receiver/tight end, originally committed to Vanderbilt but received an offer from LSU October 24. Four days later, Bech decommitted from the Commodores and pledged to the Tigers Sunday evening.
Last season Bech caught 91 passes for 1,668 yards and 20 touchdowns and helped St. Thomas More win the Division II Louisiana State Championship.
