It’s been a long 12 days, but the LSU men’s basketball team (4-1) is finally back on the floor after having its last two games postponed due to COVID-19.
But the coronavirus is still throwing a wrench in LSU’s schedule. Instead of hosting the Texas Southern University Tigers, LSU will now host the instate Colonels of Nicholls (2-3). TSU, led by former LSU coach Johnny Jones, had to pull out of Saturday’s game due to the NCAA’s COVID rules.
When we last saw LSU, the Tigers had run the Sam Houston State Bearkats off the floor, 88-66 on December 14.
